Car Masutra reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may submit your orders to Paypal who securely review orders on behalf of Car Masutra.com to eliminate fraud and safeguard our customers transactions. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can only be delivered to UK addresses.
Colour reproduction
Car Masutra.com has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet.
This means that when you order products from the Shop, colours may differ from what you see on the screen.
If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see Returns for more information).
Price information
Car Masutra.com has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time, so if you use your shopping list within 'My account' as a way of re-ordering items, prices on your previous order may no longer be valid. However, the correct prices will be applied when you select an item from the shopping list and add to your current basket. All prices include VAT where appropriate. Promotions and prices you see in retail high street stores do not apply to Car Masutra.com, and vice versa.

Disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic products
A new law in force from July 2007, dealing with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), will mean that you'll need to dispose of your waste electrical products at a collection facility instead of putting them in domestic waste. The collection facility will send products for recycling to help to save resources and minimise the effects on the environment. Please refer to www.recycle-more.co.uk to find out where your nearest facility is situated. Alternatively, you should contact your local council for information.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of your purchase before wearing. If for any reason you're not, we will gladly refund any unworn merchandise along with receipt and original packaging in good condition within 30 days from the date you received it. Any customs or import duties that are levied on the package and all shipping and handling costs associated with the return of purchased goods are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless goods are returned due to defects or incorrect shipments. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
